DEO.care announces exclusive collaboration to drive operating room efficiency across Europe
DEO.care, a leading provider of process digital twins for the operating room (OR), announced today an exclusive collaboration [1] in hip and knee surgery with DePuy Synthes to drive operational excellence in the operating room.
The collaboration will now extend to the European region, having previously been implemented in Switzerland. The first phase of the European collaboration will focus on VELYS™ Robotic-Assisted Solution for knee replacement surgery, supporting OR teams to seamlessly integrate VELYS™ into hospitals.
Combining DEO.care’s advanced AI-driven process simulation platform with DePuy Synthes surgical expertise and innovative technologies will aim to create measurable improvements in OR efficiency, teamwork, and workflow clarity.
“Our mission at DEO.care is to bring clarity and confidence to the operating room by enabling teams to work at their very best,” said Jeroen Dille, CEO of DEO.care. “Through our collaboration we’ve seen the impact of aligning our digital twin capabilities with DePuy Synthes’ clinical expertise. Extending this collaboration across EMEA represents an exciting opportunity to make the introduction of technologies like VELYS™ Robotic-Assisted Solution even more seamless for surgeons and OR teams alike.”
This expansion marks a significant step forward in our vision to drive meaningful impact for healthcare providers, patients, and health systems across the region.
